Work with us.
Bring passion to work, every day.
Being part of Amazee Group means having a shared purpose and values. Beyond these common ties, each business unit is a little unique and does things their own way.
The old way of working just doesn’t do it for us. We expect a lot from you, here’s what you can expect from us.
We get it, remote work works well for all of us. Whatever your reasons for wanting to work remotely, whether you are a digital nomad or just want the flexibility afforded by working from home, we’ve got this. 80% of the Amazee Team are remote workers, with onsite colleagues having up to two days a week home office.
We know and appreciate the effort it takes to be a leading service provider, and also understand a work/life balance is key to your health. For this reason, we operate a flexitime model. Any hours worked exceeding those in your contract are paid back in flexitime/overtime. Then you get to spend it later on for some “you time”, or dealing with life’s little happenings.
We see diversity of thought and culture as a strength. People join Amazee via many different backgrounds and paths. But a culture we all share is one of transparency, respect for one another, and openness. We are stronger when everyone feels comfortable, heard, and valued at work. Be yourself, and allow others to be different.
We want you to grow with us, to support this you’re provided with an “education benefit”. You’ll receive annual, and significant financial support to put towards work related courses, certifications, or educational programs, as well as 5 days off each year for event and conference attendance.
We are very aware that stress and unhappiness are the least helpful of all colleagues. You’ll have a yearly budget set aside for your physical and mental wellbeing. It can be used for a variety of things, based on your health goals, from a gym subscription, to sports equipment, to mental or physical health programs.
After three years of consecutive full-time employment, you’ll get one paid month off to free your mind and do something extreme. We’re not thinking Club Med here. This month is dedicated to doing something memorable and challenging, the sort of life event you think “one day, when I find the time”. This is the time.
