AMAG required a unified platform to cater to their business customers. Each month they planned to provide information about the latest sales, special offers and other news to their large, professional customer base. In the past this was done through classic email campaigns and handouts. What was needed was a digital version that not only informed their clients about upcoming special offers and opportunities, but also catered to the special needs these clients have.

Solution

Clients now receive a tailor-made newsletter with unique links that lead them to a fleet portal website. Once they’ve confirmed their company details, they are shown special discounted prices unique to their specific company and needs. Through the fleet portal they are able to select their preferred garage, arrange a test drive or even select a different model if they don’t like the one displayed. They are also able to download the special offer as a PDF which they can hand in at the respective garage.
