The Dolder Grand, an exclusive five-star hotel with an excellent brand reputation, planned to increase its online advertising measures in order to stay ahead of the growing competitive landscape.
After a series of workshops including all relevant stakeholders, we created a topic-channel-matrix, an instrument that allowed Amazee and the Dolder Hotel to track all online measures and the respective spend. Our global online marketing strategy included several search engines, different countries, and organic as well as paid online marketing channels.
We were able to increase the revenue in organic traffic by more than 10% and in paid search campaigns by 44%. In addition, we had an 8% increase in Facebook Fans and a 129% increase in Google Ads impressions. The bookings via Ads increased by 328%. The overall revenue via the website increased by 17%.
